JD Edwards OneWorld® XE - Life Sciences
This worldwide manufacturer/distributor of medical implants had spent over $12 million implementing OneWorld® General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing with a Big 4 consulting firm. The client contracted with MDISInc.com to re-implement these systems plus implement OneWorld® Inventory, Shop Floor Control, MRP, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for four plants in the USA and Puerto Rico. These combined projects were completed in 10 months at a cost of $2 million.
SAP® 4.7 - Financials and Manufacturing
This multi-national manufacturer/distributor of safety equipment had rapidly implemented SAP® 4.6 in several countries in Europe. MDISInc.com worked with the CIO and European IT Director to upgrade SAP® to release 4.7, re-implement financials and manufacturing systems, and re-train users so the system was utilized effectively. This resulted in better data management and integrity as well as reduced user overtime and frustration with the SAP® system. MDISInc.com also developed a strategic vision for this company to extend the SAP® enterprise to other operations and countries. Finally, MDISInc.com worked with the client to utilize Cognos® ETLs to manage data from SAP® and other ERP databases for financial and sales reporting consolidation across multiple countries and business units.
PeopleSoft® 8.8 – Human Resources Systems for Manufacturing
A manufacturer of emission systems for heavy manufacturing plants with operations in the USA and Mexico selected MDISInc.com to implement PeopleSoft® human resource systems and interfaces to ADP and its existing ERP systems. This implementation was completed within a very short period using only one MDISInc.com consultant.
